Many actors are involved in Austrian Official Development Assistance (ODA): The Federal Ministry for European and International Affairs (MFA) coordinates Austrian development policy and plans Austrian Development Cooperation (ADC). The Austrian Development Agency (ADA) is in charge of implementing the programmes and projects, with other ministries, federal states, municipalities and Oesterreichische Entwicklungsbank also making an important contribution.
