Call for Proposals: Enhancing Food Security and Water Management in Mozambique
We ask applicants to analyze the effects of eventual floods and demolitions in the respective districts and context of planned intervention, and to adapt the proposal, if deemed necessary, with a view to the link between humanitarian aid and development cooperation in order to prepare the ground for the future implementation of the Nexus approach as laid down in the invitation letter.
The co-financing of the ADA will be increased with an amount of EUR 600,000.00, so the total maximum amount available for funding is EUR 2,600,000.00.
Therefore, regarding the amount of funding: the proposed intervention shall request grant funding to a maximum of EUR 1,300,000.00.
The new deadline for the submission of applications is 31 August 2019, 23:59:59 hours Central European Time.
All other provisions of the Call for Proposals remain the same.
The Austrian Development Agency invites development organisations as well as other equivalent institutions as defined in Section 3, Subsection 2 of the Austrian Development Cooperation Act to submit applications that contribute to improved livelihoods of smallholder farmers (family farms) in Caia, Buzi and Machanga districts in Sofala Province, Mozambique.
Applications may be submitted for an implementation period of maximum 48 months.
