Expert Support for the IGAD Special Mission to Somalia (ISMS) to Develop and Design a Comprehensive multi-year, multi-donor funded Programme

The Austrian Development Agency (ADA) intends to conclude a service contract for a consultancy service for the IGAD Special Mission to Somalia (ISMS) to Develop and Design a Comprehensive multi-year, multi-donor funded Programme.

The services to be performed and the results/outputs to be achieved under this service contract are summarized in the attached Terms of Reference.

Should you/your organization/company be interested in this assignment, we kindly invite you to provide us with your offer in English at the latest by June 21, 2018:

Your offer should include:

1. Technical offer:

a. CV(s) of expert(s) proposed for the assignment and information on availability of the proposed expert(s) during the period of assignment

b. Short description of the methodology and approach

2. Financial offer:

a. Remuneration for the services (the remuneration must include costs of per diems and accommodation).

b. Estimated travel costs for the assignment (if required: please provide differentiation between international and local travel costs)

c. Extract from the Register of Companies (not older than three months) or equivalent certificate issued by a court or an administrative authority of the firm's country of origin 

Ad 2): The offer must include an explanation regarding the basis for the calculation of the remuneration (xx days x EUR xx per day).

We would like to underline that this is not an invitation to participate in the framework of a formal tender procedure. The submission of the offer does not constitute any grounds for a legal claim towards the Austrian Development Agency regarding the conclusion of a contract.
