'100 Prozent Dakar – more than art' ist ein 60-minütiger Dokumentarfilm der Regisseurin Sandra Krampelhuber über die junge, urbane Kunst- und Kulturszene in der Hauptstadt des Senegal.

Der Film will anhand der Metropole Dakar ein anderes Gesicht Afrikas portraitieren, ein modernes, kontemporäres, starkes, kreatives Bild des Kontinents, das in der westlichen Berichterstattung wenig repräsentiert ist. Am Beispiel von Dakar soll die künstlerische Kreativität in einem der vielen urbanen Zentren Afrikas gezeigt und über das Medium Film einem breiteren Publikum zugänglich gemacht werden. Zu den ProtagonistInnen zählen ModedesignerInnen, TänzerInnen, ChoreographInnen, Graffiti-KünstlerInnen, eine Kunst- und Kulturbloggerin, sowie weltbekannte Hip-Hop-MusikerInnen bzw. RapperInnen.


Der Film wird bei österreichischen und internationalen Filmfestivals gezeigt und bei TV-Sendern eingereicht.

Zielgruppen sind ein am urbanen Lifestyle, an Mode, Musik, Kunst und Kultur interessiertes Publikum, Personen mit Interesse an Afrika sowie SchülerInnen.


Das Projekt wird bei einem Gesamtprojektvolumen von Euro 26.000,- mit Euro 7.800,- (zweckgewidmet für die Postproduktion des Films) gefördert.
