Overall goal


Die Vernetzung kleiner entwicklungspolitischer Initiativen aus ganz Österreich steht im Mittelpunkt dieses Projektes. Dabei wird auf die Erfahrungen aus dem Pilotprojekt 2011, bei dem in einem partizipativen Prozess die Vernetzungsplattform gegründet wurde, aufgebaut. Ca. 50 verschiedene Initiativen beteiligen sich bereits an der Plattform und den gemeinsamen Vorhaben. Die Etablierung, Erweiterung und Professionalisierung des Netzwerkes ist das Ziel dieses Projektes. ‚1zu1‘ bietet Serviceleistungen über eine interaktive Internetplattform, dient der gegenseitigen Unterstützung, dem persönlichen Austausch und der entwicklungspolitischen Weiterbildung. Durch die Vernetzung der 1zu1-Plattform mit anderen relevanten Initiativen wird gewährleistet, dass die 1zu1-Plattform ihre Aktionen und Inhalte mit anderen Organisationen abstimmt und dadurch Synergieeffekte entstehen.

Die Öffentlichkeitsarbeit beinhaltet den Ausbau der Website, Publikationen und Präsenz bei Veranstaltungen aus dem entwicklungspolitischen, umweltpolitischen und nachhaltigen Bereich. Durch Vernetzungstreffen, interne Workshops, Dossiers und die laufende Betreuung der Initiativen wird ein Beitrag zur Qualitätsentwicklung geleistet.

  • Type of Aid – Aid modalities: classifies transfers from the donor to the first recipient of funds such as budget support, core contributions and pooled programmes and funds to CSOs and multilateral organisations, project-type interventions, experts and other technical assistance, scholarships and student costs in donor countries, debt relief, administrative costs and other in-donor expenditures.
  • Purpose/ sector code: classifies the specific area of the recipient’s economic or social structure, funded by a bilateral contribution.
  • Tied/Untied: Untied aid is defined as loans and grants whose proceeds are fully and freely available to finance procurement from all OECD countries and substantially all developing countries. Transactions are considered tied unless the donor has, at the time of the aid offer, clearly specified a range of countries eligible for procurement which meets the tests for “untied” aid.
