Overall goal


Der gemeinnützige Verein "Jugend Eine Welt-Don Bosco Aktion Austria" (J1W) wurde 1997 gegründet und hat seinen Sitz in Wien. J1W unterstützt weltweit Bildungs- und Ausbildungsprojekte für Kinder und Jugendliche und ist in der Not- und Wiederaufbauhilfe aktiv. Die ADA fördert J1W-Auslandsprojekte im Rahmen der NRO-Kooperation. In Österreich ist J1W Träger und Unterstützer zahlreicher Initiativen (Clean Clothes Kampagne, ECPAT-Plattform, Baobab,etc.) und führt selbst Projekte der entwicklungspolitischen Inlandsarbeit durch.

Das vorliegende Projekt ist eine Fortsetzung der im Rahmen des MDG-Schwerpunkts im Jahr 2005 durchgeführten Kampagne "Österreich schießt Millenniumgoals" (OEZA-Förderung ¿33.000,-). Die Kampagne thematisiert alle acht Millennium-Entwicklungsziele bundesweit in Form von "Millenniums-Aktionswochen", wobei Jugend Eine Welt insbesondere mit regionalen Jugend-, Spiel- und Sportvereinen, Schulen, NRO und kirchlichen Gruppen kooperiert. Ziel ist es durch einen vielfältigen und erlebnisorientierten Vermittlungsansatz möglichst viele neue Zielgruppen für die Millenniumsziele zu gewinnen und so ihren Bekanntheitsgrad zu erhöhen.


Das Projekt wird aus OEZA-Mitteln in der Höhe von EUR 55.672,-

(69,00% des Gesamtprojektvolumens) für eine 16-monatige Projektlaufzeit gefördert.

  • Type of Aid – Aid modalities: classifies transfers from the donor to the first recipient of funds such as budget support, core contributions and pooled programmes and funds to CSOs and multilateral organisations, project-type interventions, experts and other technical assistance, scholarships and student costs in donor countries, debt relief, administrative costs and other in-donor expenditures.

  • Tied/Untied: Untied aid is defined as loans and grants whose proceeds are fully and freely available to finance procurement from all OECD countries and substantially all developing countries. Transactions are considered tied unless the donor has, at the time of the aid offer, clearly specified a range of countries eligible for procurement which meets the tests for “untied” aid.
