Overall goal


Zielsetzung des Projektes ist der Ausbau der Gewerkschaftsschule -Trade Union School Moldova- (TUSM) als selbständige Trägereinrichtung einer modernen gewerkschaftlichen Erwachsenenbildung in der Republik Moldau. Im Anschluss an das Vorgängerprojekt -Demokratie braucht DemokratInnen- wird in Ergänzung eine Projektakademie/Projektschule (TUPS) entwickelt. Diese wird vorwiegend rund 50 AbsolventInnen der TUSM angeboten, die nach dem -Organizing-Prinzip- betriebliche und gewerkschaftliche Projekte, die der unmittelbaren Verbesserung der Arbeitsbedingungen dienen, entwickeln und durchführen. Die TeilnehmerInnen der TUSM werden durch die Methode des projekt- und erfahrungsorientierten Arbeitens ermächtigt, an der Erneuerung der moldauischen Gewerkschaft als treibende Kraft für eine soziale und demokratische Republik Moldau mitzuwirken. Neben der Vermittlung von Fachwissen in Ökonomie, Arbeits- und Sozialrecht, Staat und Recht, sozialpartnerschaftliche Konfliktlösung, Europäische Union und kollektive Verhandlungsführung geht es vor allem um die Vermittlung von sozialer und demokratiepolitischer Kompetenz.


Ergebnisse:

Am Projektende werden sowohl Gewerkschaftsschule als auch Projektakademie in das gewerkschaftliche Bildungsangebot des Moldauischen Gewerkschaftsbundes CNSM bzw. seiner Bildungseinrichtung Institutul Muncii (IM) aufgenommen.

  • Type of Aid – Aid modalities: classifies transfers from the donor to the first recipient of funds such as budget support, core contributions and pooled programmes and funds to CSOs and multilateral organisations, project-type interventions, experts and other technical assistance, scholarships and student costs in donor countries, debt relief, administrative costs and other in-donor expenditures.

  • Tied/Untied: Untied aid is defined as loans and grants whose proceeds are fully and freely available to finance procurement from all OECD countries and substantially all developing countries.
