Overall goal


Das Projekt "Aktion für kommunale Inklusion (¿Common Kids')" des Interkulturellen Zentrums zielt auf die Verbesserung der Lage benachteiligter Kinder und Jugendlicher sowie ihrer Familien in Georgien und Armenien ab.

Die Projektidee basiert auf den Erfahrungen der beteiligten Grassroot-Organisationen, innovative Modelle der Stärkung dieser Zielgruppen zu entwickeln. Angelpunkt der Aktivitäten ist die Förderung kommunaler Inklusion durch gemeinschaftliche Aktivitäten in den Zielregionen, die unterschiedliche Zielgruppen (Verwaltung, soziale Dienste, NROs, Bildungseinrichtungen, Eltern, Medien, SchülerInnen, StudentInnen etc.) einbeziehen, um die Themen Inklusion und Chancengleichheit gesellschaftlich zu verankern.

Die Stärkung des öffentlichen Bewusstseins sowie nachhaltige Einflussnahme auf die diesbezügliche Politikgestaltung mittels Aktionsplänen und gezielter Öffentlichkeitsarbeit im Rahmen lokaler Visibilitätsaktionen und nationaler Kampagnen sind weitere Anliegen des Projekts.

Erwartete Resultate:

1 Benachteiligte Kinder und deren Familien sind in das Gemeindeleben (¿kommunal') integriert.

2 Ein Netzwerk von Förderern ist vorhanden

3 Aktionspläne zur Verbreitung dieser Praktiken sind entwickelt und auf nationaler und regionaler Ebene verankert.

4 Das öffentliche Bewusstsein über die Bedeutung von Inklusion für Entwicklung ist erhöht.

  • Type of Aid – Aid modalities: classifies transfers from the donor to the first recipient of funds such as budget support, core contributions and pooled programmes and funds to CSOs and multilateral organisations, project-type interventions, experts and other technical assistance, scholarships and student costs in donor countries, debt relief, administrative costs and other in-donor expenditures.
  • Purpose/ sector code: classifies the specific area of the recipient’s economic or social structure, funded by a bilateral contribution.
  • Tied/Untied: Untied aid is defined as loans and grants whose proceeds are fully and freely available to finance procurement from all OECD countries and substantially all developing countries. Transactions are considered tied unless the donor has, at the time of the aid offer, clearly specified a range of countries eligible for procurement which meets the tests for “untied” aid.
