Overall goal


Das regionale Entwicklungsförderungsprogramm im Sozial- und Gesundheitssektor hat folgende Ziele und zeigt am Ende der Projektphase im Jahr 2010 unten genannte Resultate auf:

Ziele:

- Etablierung einer innovativen und nachhaltigen Altenhilfe und Sicherstellung der Bewusstseinsbildung im öffentlichen Bereich.

o Installierung einer funktionalen Heimhilfe für ältere Menschen und Menschen mit Beeinträchtigungen in der ländlichen Gegend in der Vojvodina.

o Weiterentwicklung der bereits installierten Versorgungsleistungen für ältere Menschen und Menschen mit Beeinträchtigungen mit dem Ziel der Nachhaltigkeit.


Resultate:

- Das zentrale Hauskrankenpflegemanagement koordiniert die dezentralen Einheiten in Subotica und Becej. Es hat wirtschaftliche als auch inhaltliche Kompetenz und ist zuständig für die laufende Vernetzung und Kommunikation zwischen Subotica und Novi Sad.

- Es besteht ein starkes Netzwerk zwischen den NGOs, als auch zwischen staatlichen Fördergebern und NGOs. Bei laufenden Zusammentreffen wird die nachhaltige Finanzierung sichergestellt.

- Die Publizierung einer Studie über die aktuellen Angebote und zukünftigen Herausforderungen im Aus- und Weiterbildungsbereich im Gesundheits- und Pflegesektor wurde erfolgreich durchgeführt.

- Die acht neuen MitarbeiterInnen sind mit speziellem Know-How ausgestattet, um auf die Bedürfnisse der älteren Menschen und Menschen mit Beeinträchtigungen bestmöglich einzugehen.

- Zwei Hauskrakenpflegeteams (jeweils bestehend aus 2 diplomierten Krankenschwestern/pflegern und 2 HeimhelferInnen) versorgen wöchentlich 100 KlientInnen in Becej, koordiniert vom zentralen Managementteam in Subotica.

  • Type of Aid – Aid modalities: classifies transfers from the donor to the first recipient of funds such as budget support, core contributions and pooled programmes and funds to CSOs and multilateral organisations, project-type interventions, experts and other technical assistance, scholarships and student costs in donor countries, debt relief, administrative costs and other in-donor expenditures.
  • Purpose/ sector code: classifies the specific area of the recipient’s economic or social structure, funded by a bilateral contribution.
  • Tied/Untied: Untied aid is defined as loans and grants whose proceeds are fully and freely available to finance procurement from all OECD countries and substantially all developing countries. Transactions are considered tied unless the donor has, at the time of the aid offer, clearly specified a range of countries eligible for procurement which meets the tests for “untied” aid.
