Overall goal


Ziel ist die Durchführung eines Training workshop´s sowie der Aufbau lokaler Kapazitäten, an der Academy of Economic Studies of the Republic of Moldova durch Knowhow Transfer im Bereich der Unternehmensgründung.


In Moldawien, existieren spezifische Ausbildungs-Programme praktisch nicht. Aufgrund der begrenzten Angebote suchen eine Menge von hart arbeitenden jungen Menschen, auch wenn sie mehrere Nebenjobs ausüben, Arbeitsmöglichkeiten im Ausland.


Die übertragenen Ausbildungskenntnisse fördern die jungen Unternehmer bzw. deren Selbständigkeit.


Das Ziel wird erreicht, durch i) Durchführung von Workshops z.B. zu Unternehmensplanung & spezialisierten Fach-Modulen (Kommunikation & Selbst-Organisation, Vertrieb & Marketing, Finanz- und Rechnungswesen, Betriebswirtschaft etc.), ii) Umsetzung von Business-Plänen, iii) Bewertung der Ergebnisse und iv) die Betreuung und Steuerung / Kontrolle der Business-Pläne.


Die notwendig Aktivitäten für die Workshops sind: Auswahl potentieller Unternehmer, Identifizierung der Ressourcen, Einführung der österreichischen Experten, Ausbildung der Trainer (Train the Trainer).


Die Zielgruppe sind in erster Linie Ausbilder an der Akademie und Studenten, Selbstständige (die bereits im Geschäftsleben stehen oder noch in der Planungsphase sind, sozial besonders benachteiligte Jugendliche und zukünftige Unternehmerinnen. Diese Ausbildung wird kostenfrei angeboten, aber einige persönliche Kosten könnten entstehen.


Es ist auch vorgesehen, dass die Unternehmer zukünftigen Aspiranten helfen, indem sie von der persönlichen Erfahrung praktischen Rat geben. Die langfristige Nachhaltigkeit des Programms wird durch Überwachung, Auswertung und Steuerung gewährleistet.

  • Type of Aid – Aid modalities: classifies transfers from the donor to the first recipient of funds such as budget support, core contributions and pooled programmes and funds to CSOs and multilateral organisations, project-type interventions, experts and other technical assistance, scholarships and student costs in donor countries, debt relief, administrative costs and other in-donor expenditures.
  • Purpose/ sector code: classifies the specific area of the recipient’s economic or social structure, funded by a bilateral contribution.
  • Tied/Untied: Untied aid is defined as loans and grants whose proceeds are fully and freely available to finance procurement from all OECD countries and substantially all developing countries. Transactions are considered tied unless the donor has, at the time of the aid offer, clearly specified a range of countries eligible for procurement which meets the tests for “untied” aid.
