Overall goal


Attac (Vereinigung zur Besteuerung von Finanztransaktionen im Interesse der Menschen) ist in Österreich seit 2000 aktiv und führt eine breit angelegte Bildungs- und Öffentlichkeitsarbeit durch.

Im Juli 2012 veranstaltet Attac Österreich in Salzburg die 11. Sommerakademie zum Thema - Europa am Wendepunkt?! Solidarisch und demokratisch aus der Krise. -, zu der rund 350 TeilnehmerInnen erwartet werden. An 5 Tagen finden Podiumsdiskussionen mit renommierten ExpertInnen, mehrtägige Seminare, zahlreiche Workshops, Vernetzungsaktivitäten, ein Gemeindefest und ein sportliches und kulturelles Rahmenprogramm statt. Zentrale thematische Schwerpunkte sind: Europa in Bezug auf Finanzmärkte, Ökologie und Klima, Wirtschaft und Soziales sowie Demokratie . Dokumentation und Berichterstattung im Web, auf sozialen Plattformen und in regionale sowie lokale/regionale Medienarbeit sind vorgesehen.



Das Projekt wird bei einem Gesamtprojektvolumen von Euro 37.900 in der Höhe von Euro 6.000 (15,83%) gefördert.

  • Tied/Untied: Untied aid is defined as loans and grants whose proceeds are fully and freely available to finance procurement from all OECD countries and substantially all developing countries. Transactions are considered tied unless the donor has, at the time of the aid offer, clearly specified a range of countries eligible for procurement which meets the tests for “untied” aid.
