Overall goal


Der Kosovo zählte bereits innerhalb des sozialistischen Jugoslawiens zu einer der ärmsten Regionen, die Bürgerkriege der 1990er Jahre verschlechterten die wirtschaftliche Lage weiter.

Die außergewöhnlich junge Bevölkerungsstruktur des Kosovo sowie die Tatsache, dass zehntausende Menschen in den letzten Jahren aus der Emigration zurückgekehrt sind, erklären das große, aber brachliegende Potenzial des Landes.

Die Service and Support GmbH bietet als Dienstleister Call Center Akquisition und -Betreuung an. Im Kosovo arbeitet sie mit MC Mobile Communication zusammen.

Das Projekt entspricht dem Anliegen der OEZA, das Schaffen von Qualifikation und Beschäftigungsmöglichkeiten insbesondere für junge Menschen insofern, als in enger Verknüpfung mit Unternehmen einer zukunftsträchtigen Branche Ausbildungsmöglichkeiten geschaffen und qualifizierte Arbeitskräfte herangebildet werden, die schließlich gute Chance vorfinden werden, am Arbeitsmarkt, konkret durch die partizipierenden Unternehmen, absorbiert zu werden. Da wichtigste Zielgruppe des Projekts RückkehrerInnen aus dem deutschen Sprachraum sind, also eine besonders verwundbare Personengruppe, trägt das Projekt gezielt dazu bei, brachliegendes Wissen nutzbar zu machen, diesen Personen, die eine besondere Ressource darstellen, und somit auch der Wirtschaft des ganzen Landes eine Perspektive zu bieten.

Die Arbeitsgemeinschaft der antragstellenden Unternehmen und MC Communication erwarten sich von der Wirtschaftspartnerschaft die Möglichkeit, weitere Investitionen in die Expansion von MC Communication in Form zusätzlicher Räumlichkeiten, entsprechender Arbeitsplätze und der Qualifizierung des nötigen Personals tätigen zu können, und somit den Erfolg der getätigten Investitionen sicherzustellen.
