Overall goal


Das Projektziel ist die Schaffung von Ausbildungswerkstätten im Bereich Tischlerei, Zimmerei und Bauhandwerk. Dazu gehört die Entwicklung und Durchführung eines Ausbildungsprogrammes zum Zimmermann und Schreiner. Zielgruppe sind indigene Jugendliche (Mädchen und Jungen) aus dem Ausbildungsprogramm von Sueninos. Die lokale Partnerorganisation Sueninos betreibt darüber hinaus ein umfangreiches Bildungs- und Förderprogramm für benachteiligte Kinder und Jugendliche. Die Jugendlichen in diesem Projekt bekommen Ausbildungsplätze, ältere indigene Arbeiter sollen im Zuge der Arbeit am Bau weitergebildet werden, indigene Familien und alleinstehende Frauen mit Kindern sind die Begünstigten beim Hausbau. Durch die angeleitete Mitarbeit am Bau sollen indigene Jugendliche und auch ältere indigene Arbeiter handwerklich ausgebildet bzw. weitergebildet werden. Gebaut werden Schulen und Lehm-Holzhäuser für indigene Familien in den Vororten von San Cristóbal. Die Lebensqualität der indigenen Bevölkerung in diesem Gebiet wird damit im Bereich Arbeitsmöglichkeiten und Wohnqualität verbessert.
