Overall goal


Die NRO Belgrade Centre for European Integration, die seit 2003 eine monatlich als Beilage zur renommierten serbisch-montenegrinischen Wochenzeitung Vreme erscheinende Schriftenreihe zur europäischen Integration (Evropski Forum) herausgibt, möchte mit Ihrer Monatsbeilage die Integration Serbiens und Montenegros in Europa untestützen. Ziel des Evropski Forum ist es, eine breitere Elite im Sinne von Meinungsbildnern in Politik, Verwaltung und Wirtschaft sowie StudentInnen mit Sinn und Ziel der Europäischen Union sowie der Integration Serbiens und Montenegros in diese vertraut zu machen.

Bis Jahresende 2005 sind Redaktion, Produktion, Druck und Versand (Auflage 21.000 Stück, Verbreitung im gesamten ehem. Jugoslawien) durch den Fonds für Europäische Integration der European Agency for Reconstruction gesichert. Für 2006 sind zwar ein paar Monatsausgaben durch den Soros - Fonds und den Balkan Trust for Democracy abgedeckt, für den Großteil des Jahres 2006 besteht jedoch eine Finanzlücke, die die Existenz der für SuM in ihrer Ausrichtung und Qualität einzigartigen Monatsschrift gefährden würde. Sinn des Projekts soll es sein, durch Unterstützung dieser Beilage die Thematisierung europarelevanter Themen in Serbien und Montenegro sowie deren Bezug auf Serbien und Montenegro zu fördern. In diesem Rahmen können auch die Maßnahmen der OEZA in Serbien und Montenegro in Serbien und Montenegro selbst dargestellt werden und so diese einem größeren Rezipientenkreis vertraut gemacht werden.

    • Others - various other donors are listed in ADA’s annual business report.
  • Type of Aid – Aid modalities: classifies transfers from the donor to the first recipient of funds such as budget support, core contributions and pooled programmes and funds to CSOs and multilateral organisations, project-type interventions, experts and other technical assistance, scholarships and student costs in donor countries, debt relief, administrative costs and other in-donor expenditures.
  • Purpose/ sector code: classifies the specific area of the recipient’s economic or social structure, funded by a bilateral contribution.
  • Tied/Untied: Untied aid is defined as loans and grants whose proceeds are fully and freely available to finance procurement from all OECD countries and substantially all developing countries. Transactions are considered tied unless the donor has, at the time of the aid offer, clearly specified a range of countries eligible for procurement which meets the tests for “untied” aid.
