Overall goal


Südwind NÖ Süd führt den laufenden Schwerpunkt "Partnerschaftlich für die Welt - Fairness im globalen Kontext" 2008 und 2009 weiter, um das Bildungsangebot für junge Menschen und MultiplikatorInnen in der Schule und in der außerschulischen Jugendarbeit zu vertiefen. Anknüpfend an das achte UN - Millenniums-Entwicklungsziel "Aufbau einer globalen Entwicklungspartnerschaft" wird Fairness im Sinn von Gerechtigkeit in globalen Strukturen als ein wesentlicher Faktor für gleichberechtigte Entwicklungspartnerschaften thematisiert. Mittels Workshops und Erlebnis-Ausstellungen werden globale Zusammenhänge erlebbar gemacht und im Hinblick auf den eigenen Lebensalltag konkrete Möglichkeiten und Handlungsansätze erarbeitet. Die Kooperation mit Jugendorganisationen und die Schulung von MultiplikatorInnen werden als wichtig erachtet, um neue Zielgruppen zu erreichen. Begleitend wird ein Schwerpunkt auf lokale Einbindung in Gemeinden und regionale Öffentlichkeitsarbeit gelegt.


Das Projekt wird bei einem Gesamtprojektvolumen von EUR 149.800,00 in der Höhe von

EUR 60.000,00 (40,06 %) gefördert.

  • Type of Aid – Aid modalities: classifies transfers from the donor to the first recipient of funds such as budget support, core contributions and pooled programmes and funds to CSOs and multilateral organisations, project-type interventions, experts and other technical assistance, scholarships and student costs in donor countries, debt relief, administrative costs and other in-donor expenditures.
  • Purpose/ sector code: classifies the specific area of the recipient’s economic or social structure, funded by a bilateral contribution.
  • Tied/Untied: Untied aid is defined as loans and grants whose proceeds are fully and freely available to finance procurement from all OECD countries and substantially all developing countries. Transactions are considered tied unless the donor has, at the time of the aid offer, clearly specified a range of countries eligible for procurement which meets the tests for “untied” aid.
