Overall goal


Das Welthaus Innsbruck ist die diözesane Koordinierungsstelle für Fragen der Weltkirche und Entwicklungszusammenarbeit in der Diözese Tirol. Persönliche Begegnung und Austausch, ausgehend von den eigenen Erfahrungen und Interessen, stehen im Mittelpunkt der Angebote vom Welthaus Innsbruck in Tirol.


Das vorliegende Projekt stellt eine Konsolidierung der biofairen Frühstücke und Jaus'n auf regionaler Ebene dar. Es handelt sich um ein Bildungsangebot bei Tisch rund um die Themen biologische Landwirtschaft, fairer Handel, globale Zusammenhänge und persönlichen Lebensstil. Dem Anspruch komplexe entwicklungspolitische Themen herunterzubrechen wird hiermit Folge geleistet. Auf eine lustvolle Art können Vorurteile gegen "fair" und "bio" abgebaut werden.

Biofaire Frühstücke und Jaus'n sollen regional als entwicklungsplitisches Bildungsangebot etabliert werden. Das Netzwerk von ca. 30 ReferentInnen, die in unterschiedlichen Regionen in Salzburg, Tirol und Kärnten als kompetente MultiplikatorInnen in der entwicklungspolitischen Erwachsenenbildung tätig sind, soll gefestigt werden. Das Welthaus Innsbruck leistet mit seinem Projektansatz Bildungsarbeit mit Erwachsenen außerhalb von Institutionen. Die Stärke des Projektes liegt darin, dass das Projekt den Privatraum der Zielgruppen erreicht und in deren Alltagsleben eingebunden ist. Es ist ein gutes Angebot für Regionen mit wenigen (entwicklungspolitischen) Veranstaltungen und für Gebiete außerhalb der städtischen Zentren.

Neu ist, dass nun auch Biofaire Jaus'n im öffentlichen Raum stattfinden sollen. Insgesamt werden 214 Frühstücke durchgeführt werden. Neue Zielgruppen wie Seniorenrunden oder Mutter-Kind-Zentren werden angesprochen. Zur Sicherung einer Weiterführung werden regionale Finanzpläne erstellt.


Das Projekt wird bei einem Gesamtprojektvolumen von EUR 87.263,58 in der Höhe von EUR 30.000,00 (34,38%) gefördert.

  • Type of Aid – Aid modalities: classifies transfers from the donor to the first recipient of funds such as budget support, core contributions and pooled programmes and funds to CSOs and multilateral organisations, project-type interventions, experts and other technical assistance, scholarships and student costs in donor countries, debt relief, administrative costs and other in-donor expenditures.
