Overall goal

Das PanAfrican Forum führt von Februar - Oktober 2008 ein umfangreiches Begegnungs- und Kulturprogramm "Brücke zu den Anderen" an mehreren Veranstaltungsorten in Wien durch. Das Vorhaben versteht sich als Beitrag zum EU-Jahr des Interkulturellen Dialoges 2008 (EJIK). Die geplanten Aktivitäten umfassen Schulworkshops in Wien, Ringvorlesungen und Diskussionsabende im Rahmen des Black History Month im Wiener Rathaus, Ausstellung und internationale Konferenz "Brücke zu den anderen bauen" anlässlich EJIK 2008, ein interkulturelles Fest mit Kulturprogramm für Kinder und Erwachsene, eine Afrika-Filmwoche sowie Dialogveranstaltungen.

Das Projekt wird in der Höhe von ¿ 12.000,- (28,08 % des Gesamtprojektvolumens) für eine Laufzeit von 9 Monaten gefördert.
