Short Description:

Overall goal


Das KOBÜ Maputo möchte das Instrument des Budgetrahmens für Kleinvorhaben in Höhe von € 100.000,-- für 2016 als begleitende Maßnahme zur effizienteren Umsetzung des Arbeitsprogramms 2016 sowie der OEZA Dreijahresprogramm für das Schwerpunktland Mosambik weiterhin nutzen. Die Kleinvorhaben sollen daher die Programme und Projekte in den Schwerpunktsektoren und -subsektoren

i) Ländliche Wasserversorgung und Siedlungshygien

Ii) Landwirtschaft,

sowie auch in den Bereichen

iii) Rechenschaftspflicht und Zivilgesellschaft,

iv) Wirtschaft und Entwicklung

v) Querschnittsthemen (Good Governance, Gender, Umwelt etc.)

strategisch ergänzen.

 


Target group / Beneficiaries


Die Begünstigten, Zielgruppe und Vertragspartner werden je nach Kleinvorhaben nichtstaatliche Organisationen, Institutionen der mosambikanischen Regierung und öffentlichen Verwaltung oder auch Fachkräfte (Konsulenten) sein.


Activities


Es werden auch ergänzende Maßnahmen im laufenden Landesprogramm sowie Kleinvorhaben gefördert, die die Geberkoordination, Maßnahmen zur Erhöhung der Wirksamkeit der Entwicklungszusammenarbeit, und Kapazitätsentwicklung des Partnerlandes unterstützen. Auf die Bereiche Rechtsstaatlichkeit, Stärkung der öffentlichen Meinung über Medien und Zivilgesellschaft sowie die Einhaltung der Menschenrechte wird ein besonderer Fokus gelegt, wobei – wenn möglich - Aktivitäten in der Schwerpunktprovinz der OEZA, der Provinz Sofala, besonders berücksichtigt werden.

  • Type of Aid – Aid modalities: classifies transfers from the donor to the first recipient of funds such as budget support, core contributions and pooled programmes and funds to CSOs and multilateral organisations, project-type interventions, experts and other technical assistance, scholarships and student costs in donor countries, debt relief, administrative costs and other in-donor expenditures.
  • Purpose/ sector code: classifies the specific area of the recipient’s economic or social structure, funded by a bilateral contribution.
  • Tied/Untied: Untied aid is defined as loans and grants whose proceeds are fully and freely available to finance procurement from all OECD countries and substantially all developing countries. Transactions are considered tied unless the donor has, at the time of the aid offer, clearly specified a range of countries eligible for procurement which meets the tests for “untied” aid.
