Overall goal


Dieses südostübergreifende Projekt hat zum Ziel zur Lösung von massiven regionalen Problemen, die in Zusammenhang mit den zum Zweck der sexuellen Ausbeutung gehandelten Frauen und Mädchen in Westeuropa und in Südosteuropa selbst stehen, beizutragen. Der methodische Ansatz basiert auf Bewußtseinsbildung von lokalen Institutionen, Good Governance- und Demokratisierunginitiativen um die Zivilgesellschaft, Task Forces und Public Private Partnerships enger in der Region zu vernetzen.

Die Zielgruppe sind Frauen und Mädchen, die verstärkt dem Risiko des Menschenhandels ausgesetzt sind in ausgewählten Gemeinden in Kroatien, Serbien, Montenegro und Bosnien und Herzegowina .

Vier große Frauennetzwerke, die in der Zivilgesellschaft verankert sind und sich speziell mit der Menschenhandelsthematik beschäftigen sollen besser koordiniert werden und beim Kapazitätsaufbau unterstützt werden.

32 Frauenorganisationen die im Rahmen der erwähnten Netzwerke aktiv sind, werden gestärkt um sich verstärkt der Menschenhandelsproblematik in ihren Gemeinden widmen zu können. 40 Frauen werden im Rahmen des Projekts in Bewußtseinsbildungskampagnen involviert und an Empowerment-Aktivitäten teilnehmen. Zusätzlich werden Ministerien; Task Forces, Polizei und Justiz und Sozialeinrichtungen von den Kampagnen und den bereitgestellten Informationen partizipieren können.

  • Type of Aid – Aid modalities: classifies transfers from the donor to the first recipient of funds such as budget support, core contributions and pooled programmes and funds to CSOs and multilateral organisations, project-type interventions, experts and other technical assistance, scholarships and student costs in donor countries, debt relief, administrative costs and other in-donor expenditures.
  • Purpose/ sector code: classifies the specific area of the recipient’s economic or social structure, funded by a bilateral contribution.
  • Tied/Untied: Untied aid is defined as loans and grants whose proceeds are fully and freely available to finance procurement from all OECD countries and substantially all developing countries. Transactions are considered tied unless the donor has, at the time of the aid offer, clearly specified a range of countries eligible for procurement which meets the tests for “untied” aid.
