Overall goal


Das Projekt steht in Zusammenhang mit dem ADA-Förderschwerpunkt Ke.Nako Afrika 2010 und wird vom Verein proLoka - platform for exchange durchgeführt. Canchas ist ein anthropologisches, soziales und kulturelles Projekt. Es kombiniert Multi-Media und lokale Geschichten, um "spontane Fußballfelder und ihre menschliche Seite" zu dokumentieren. Es ist ein offenes und internationales Projekt, um ein neues Medium (www.canchas.org) der Begegnung und des Austausches zu finden. Die Beiträge werden über Medienkooperationen im Printbereich und Spezialaktionen (Ausstellungen, Performances) an die Öffentlichkeit getragen.


Die Aktivitäten im Rahmen des Förderprojektes umfassen: Organisation und Bewerbung eines dynamischen, offenen Wettbewerbs zum Thema spontane Fussballfelder (Bilder, Geschichten); Medienaktionen; Durchführung einer Ausstellung in Österreich; Produktion und Vertrieb von "Visuals" für Public Viewings Orte (z.B. Ke Nako Veranstaltungen, etc.) sowie Gestaltung und Verteilung von Gratis-Postkarten mit Motiven des Wettbewerbs. Eine möglichst breite Zielgruppe soll angesprochen werden - insbesondere Kultur-, Reise-, Fotografie-, Sport- und Fußballinteressierte, Organisationen und Medien.


Das Projekt wird aus OEZA-Mitteln in der Höhe von Euro 5.000,- gefördert.

  • Type of Aid – Aid modalities: classifies transfers from the donor to the first recipient of funds such as budget support, core contributions and pooled programmes and funds to CSOs and multilateral organisations, project-type interventions, experts and other technical assistance, scholarships and student costs in donor countries, debt relief, administrative costs and other in-donor expenditures.
  • Purpose/ sector code: classifies the specific area of the recipient’s economic or social structure, funded by a bilateral contribution.
  • Tied/Untied: Untied aid is defined as loans and grants whose proceeds are fully and freely available to finance procurement from all OECD countries and substantially all developing countries. Transactions are considered tied unless the donor has, at the time of the aid offer, clearly specified a range of countries eligible for procurement which meets the tests for “untied” aid.
