Für die nachhaltige Versorgung mit Wasser und Sanitäranlagen braucht es mehr als die entsprechende Infrastruktur. Ebenso wichtig sind Fachleute, die diese professionell betreiben und instand halten können. In der Republik Moldau gibt es keine spezifischen Berufsschulen für wassertechnische Berufe.

Oberziel des vorliegenden Projekts ist es daher, die Reform des Berufsbildungssektors durch Verbesserung von Qualität und Angeboten im Bereich wassertechnischer Berufsbildung in Moldau zu unterstützen.

Mithilfe der Projektmaßnahmen werden fünf Partnerinstitutionen (4 Berufsschulen und 1 Erwachsenenbildungszentrum) unterstützt, eine nachfrageorientierte Aus- und Fortbildung für InstallateurInnen oder ElektrikerInnen leisten zu können.

Die erwarteten Ergebnisse des Projekts sind:

1. An 4 Berufsschulen, die im Bereich wassertechnischer Berufe tätig sind, wurden Kapazitäten für die Umsetzung modularer Kurrikula aufgebaut, das Lehrpersonal entsprechend geschult und Werkstätten neu ausgestattet

2. Für zwei Spezialisierungen im Bereich wassertechnischer Berufe wurden gender-sensitive kurzfristige Trainingsprogramme für Erwachsene entwickelt, akkreditiert und umgesetzt

Die Projektaktivitäten (u.a. Ausbildungsmaßnahmen, In-company Trainings, Verbesserung der Ausstattung der Partnerinstitutionen) werden dazu beitragen, dass qualitativ hochwertige kompetenzbasierte Ausbildungspakete für wassertechnische Berufe vorliegen und dass der Bedarf an On-the-job Trainings von Schulabgängern, die in diesem Bereich beschäftigt sind, um 50% abnehmen soll.

Die direkten Projektbegünstigten sind 200 junge und bis zu 160 erwachsene AbsolventInnen der Partnerinstitutionen sowie bis zu 50 LehrerInnen und Managementteams, die an diesen tätig sind.

  • Type of Aid – Aid modalities: classifies transfers from the donor to the first recipient of funds such as budget support, core contributions and pooled programmes and funds to CSOs and multilateral organisations, project-type interventions, experts and other technical assistance, scholarships and student costs in donor countries, debt relief, administrative costs and other in-donor expenditures.

  • Tied/Untied: Untied aid is defined as loans and grants whose proceeds are fully and freely available to finance procurement from all OECD countries and substantially all developing countries. Transactions are considered tied unless the donor has, at the time of the aid offer, clearly specified a range of countries eligible for procurement which meets the tests for “untied” aid.
