Overall goal


Das Projekt beabsichtigt, in der Stadt Condega im Nordwesten von Nicaragua einen Beitrag zur Sensibilisierung hinsichtlich der Nutzung erneuerbarer Energieformen zu leisten. Durch die Implementierung von Systemen zur Energiegewinnung aus erneuerbaren Energiequellen soll eine Verbesserung der Umwelt- sowie der sozioökonomischen Bedingungen erreicht werden. Condega soll eine Musterstadt und eine Vorreiterin für erneuerbare Energiegewinnung werden.

Erwartete Resultate:

1. Inbetriebnahme einer Photovoltaik-betriebenen Trinkwasserpumpe für die Versorgung einer Teilgemeinde Condegas (Mojon).

2. Verringerung des Brennholzverbrauchs, von Atemwegserkrankungen, der Umweltverschmutzung und der Energiekosten durch Brennöfen mit verbesserter Technologie und erhöhtem Wirkungsgrad (ECOFOGONES).

3. Eröffnung und Inbetriebnahme eines Schau- und Schulungsraums im ‚Parque del Avion‘ im Zentrum von Condega zum Thema Umweltschutz und Nutzung erneuerbarer Energieformen.

Aktivitäten:

• Errichtung eines solar-betriebenen Wasserpumpsystems ohne Batterien für insgesamt 50 Familien mit Trinkwasser im Haus (mit funktionierendem Wasserzähler).

• Ausbildung einer Gruppe junger Frauen und Männer zu qualifizierten MonteurInnen von thermischen Solaranlagen und Photovoltaikanlagen.

• Bau und Vertrieb von 100 ECOFOGONES an Begünstigte. Prioritär behandelt werden hierbei sechs Gemeinden mit aktuell hohem Brennholzverbrauch.

• Errichtung eines Schulungsraumes über erneuerbare Energie im ‚Parque del Avion‘ im Zentrum von Condega zum Thema ökologische Kreisläufe, Sonnen- und Windenergie, Umweltschutz, und Nutzung erneuerbarer Energieformen.

• Sensibilisierungsmaßnahmen zur Notwendigkeit des Umweltschutzes und zur Nutzung erneuerbarer Energiequellen.
