Overall goal


Die corporAID Plattform zielt darauf ab, einen Beitrag zum Mainstreaming von Wirtschaft, Entwicklung und globaler Verantwortung sowie zur Kohärenz von globaler Entwicklung in Österreich zu leisten. Mit dem alle zwei Monate

erscheinenden corporAID Magazin informiert die corporAID Plattform Unternehmen und öffentliche

Entscheidungsträger über wirtschaftsorientierte Entwicklung, Geschäftschancen in Schwellenund

Entwicklungsländern, Kooperationsmöglichkeiten mit der Entwicklungszusammenarbeit und

innovative Zugänge zu unternehmerischer Verantwortung – unter Einbindung der Dialoggruppen in

Interview- und Diskussionsformaten sowie durch die Präsentation von Good Practice-Beispielen. Mit

Konferenzen und Multilogues bietet die corporAID Plattform Formate für Information und die Diskussion

zwischen österreichischen und internationalen Experten aus Wirtschaft, Wissenschaft und

öffentlicher Verwaltung. Seminare und Wissensmodule bringen globale Entwicklung auf die Nachhaltigkeitsagenda

der Unternehmen und liefern Know-how und Tools zur Umsetzung. Die corporAID

Plattform wird das Europäische Jahr der Entwicklung 2015 integral in den verschiedenen Instrumenten

aufgreifen und thematisieren. Das Projekt sieht ein Gesamtbudget von Euro 635.000 vor, wovon Euro 327.500 durch Kooperationen mit Unternehmen und Institutionen sowie durch direkte Einnahmen vor allem durch den Verkauf von Inseraten gedeckt werden können. Folgende Resultate sollen im Rahmen des Projekts erreicht werden:

30.000 Personen mit dem corporAID Magazin über WirtschaftsBlatt-Vertrieb erreicht,

400 Personen bei Veranstaltungen in Diskussion eingebunden,

50 Top-Entscheider aus Wirtschaft, Politik/Verwaltung und Wissenschaft direkt angesprochen,

100 Personen haben an Seminaren und Webinaren teilgenommen,

30 Unternehmenspartner gesichert oder neu gewonnen.

  • Type of Aid – Aid modalities: classifies transfers from the donor to the first recipient of funds such as budget support, core contributions and pooled programmes and funds to CSOs and multilateral organisations, project-type interventions, experts and other technical assistance, scholarships and student costs in donor countries, debt relief, administrative costs and other in-donor expenditures.
  • Purpose/ sector code: classifies the specific area of the recipient’s economic or social structure, funded by a bilateral contribution.
  • Tied/Untied: Untied aid is defined as loans and grants whose proceeds are fully and freely available to finance procurement from all OECD countries and substantially all developing countries. Transactions are considered tied unless the donor has, at the time of the aid offer, clearly specified a range of countries eligible for procurement which meets the tests for “untied” aid.
