Overall goal


Mit dem Projekt der Ghana Union of Art & Culture (G.U.A.C.) in Kooperation mit 10 afrikanischen Initiativen in Graz werden im Herbst 2013 eine Woche lang Stadtspaziergänge Das afrikanische Graz und ein begleitendes Begegnungs- und Kulturprogramm realisiert. Die Entdeckungsreise führt an unterschiedliche Plätze und Orte, welche für die afrikanische Bevölkerung in der Landeshauptstadt wichtig sind und lädt die Menschen in Graz ein, sich auszutauschen und mehr übereinander zu erfahren. Im Mittelpunkt stehen verschiedene Stationen wie Platz der Menschenrechte, afrikanische Geschäfte, Vereine und Glaubensgemeinschaften. Die Aktivitäten umfassen Tage der offenen Tür, die Einblicke in die Tätigkeiten der Initiativen bieten, Performances, Workshops, Diskussionsveranstaltungen sowie Kunst- und Kulturveranstaltungen.


Das Projekt wird aus OEZA-Mitteln in der Höhe von Euro 5.000,- (50% des Gesamtprojektvolumens) gefördert.
