Overall goal


Enchada ist das entwicklungspolitische Bildungs- und Öffentlichkeitsreferat der Katholischen Jugend Österreich. "Deep in the jungle- spezial" stellt aufbauende Seminarmodule für MultiplikatorInnen im entwicklungspolitischen Bereich dar. Es wird dabei die individuelle, kognitive Kreativität der TeilnehmerInnen weitergebildet, welche diese dazu befähigen soll, ihr bereits vorhandenes entwicklungspolitisches Basiswissen zu vertiefen. Ziel dieses Projektes ist es, die MultiplikatorInnen zu projektspezifische, solidarischen Handeln zu motivieren, welches über den Kurs hinausgehen soll.


Das Projekt beinhaltet nach einer absolvierten Basisausbildung eine intensivierte entwicklungspolitische Weiterbildung mit der Option einer Spezialisierung. Der entwicklungspolitische Grundkurs "Deep in the jungle - basic" umfasst viele Themengebiete wie Nachhaltigkeit, Migration, Tourismus, Globalisierung, Wettbewerb oder Konkurrenz, welche eine weitere Vertiefung erlauben. Der Aufbaukurs "Deep in the jungle - spezial" dient der intensiveren Weiterbildung von MultiplikatorInnen der kirchlichen Jugendarbeit, welche einerseits entwicklungspolitische Grundkenntnisse festigen, andererseits neue Handlungsoptionen der Jugendarbeit eröffnen soll.


Das Projekt umfasst die Weiterbildung von ca. 20 MultiplikatorInnen aus ganz Österreich. Methodisch sind die Seminare auf zwei dreitägige Module aufgebaut.

Die TeilnehmerInnen entwickeln im ersten Modul innerhalb eines Projektentwicklungs- und Managementteils eigene Projekte, welche sie im Zeitraum zwischen den Seminarmodulen in einer ihnen zuvor vorgeführten Methodenvielfalt durchführen.


Das Projekt wird aus OEZA-Mitteln in der Höhe von Euro 2.320,- (49,73 % des Gesamtprojektvolumens) gefördert.

  • Type of Aid – Aid modalities: classifies transfers from the donor to the first recipient of funds such as budget support, core contributions and pooled programmes and funds to CSOs and multilateral organisations, project-type interventions, experts and other technical assistance, scholarships and student costs in donor countries, debt relief, administrative costs and other in-donor expenditures.

  • Tied/Untied: Untied aid is defined as loans and grants whose proceeds are fully and freely available to finance procurement from all OECD countries and substantially all developing countries. Transactions are considered tied unless the donor has, at the time of the aid offer, clearly specified a range of countries eligible for procurement which meets the tests for “untied” aid.
