Overall goal


Ziel des Projekts ist es, durch Maßnahmen auf Angebots- und Nachfrageseite das Wachstum des Marktes für solarthermische Produkte in den Departamentos La Paz, Oruro und Cocabamba zu stimulieren.


(1a) Technologische Verbesserung solarthermischer Produkte: Es sollen Solarthermieanlagen angeboten werden, die technologisch am aktuellen Stand und an die lokalen Verhältnisse angepasst sind. Dafür wird Know-how aus Österreich bereitgestellt.


(1b) Stärkung von Fertigungs-, Installations- und Wartungskompetenzen lokaler Betriebe: die Entwicklung eines eigenen Curriculums und die Durchführung zweier Lehrgänge zielt auf die Ausbildung fachlich kompetenter Solartechniker von Herstellungs- und Installationsbetrieben ab.


(2a) Schaffung von öffentlichem Bewusstsein: öffentliche Verwaltung und private Haushalte sollen über Möglichkeiten der Nutzung von Solarthermie informiert sein und die Technologie nachfragen. Dafür werden 50 Pilotanlagen an öffentlichen Gebäuden installiert, eine öffentliche Kampagne durchgeführt und eine solarthermische Konferenz abgehalten.


(2b) Bereitstellung von Kapital: Ein Finanzierungsmodell mit Mikrokrediten und Förderungen wird entwickelt, pilotiert und über die Dauer des Vorhabens hinaus etabliert.

  • Tied/Untied: Untied aid is defined as loans and grants whose proceeds are fully and freely available to finance procurement from all OECD countries and substantially all developing countries.
