Das bewährte Programm wird 2012 fortgesetzt:


Die Entwicklungspolitischen Infotheken der Südwind Agentur (SWA) in den Regionalstellen Vorarlberg, Tirol und Oberösterreich sowie in der Stadtbibliothek Graz stellen Materialien (Bücher, Broschüren, Medien, Spiele) und Beratung zu aktuellen ep. Themen zur Verfügung und führen Veranstaltungen durch.


Im Bildungskonzept der SWA ist Globales Lernen Kern der Bildungsarbeit. Die SWA arbeitet in der Strategiegruppe Globales Lernen mit und setzt die Aus-/Weiterbildung von LehrerInnen/MultiplikatorInnen mit den Pädagogischen Hochschulen weiter um.


Die SWA konzipiert, betreut und wartet Ausstellungen zu ep. Themen für die schulische Bildungsarbeit und die Erwachsenenbildung und bietet ein Weiterbildungsangebot für AusstellungsreferentInnen an.


Gemeindearbeit - Entwicklungspolitik auf kommunaler Ebene: Projekte/ Veranstaltungen in je 3 Gemeinden/Bezirken in 5 Bundesländern und ein interner Studientag werden umgesetzt. Handlungsmöglichkeiten sollen aufgezeigt, der Dialog zwischen Städten/Gemeinden und NRO initiiert sowie die Bevölkerung sensibilisiert werden.


Die regionale ep Medienarbeit der Südwind-Regionalstellen zielt auf eine stärkere Verankerung ep. Themen in der regionalen Medienberichterstattung.


Die Internetplattform OneWorld.at bietet Information und diverse Serviceleistungen zu ep./globalen Themen. Es wird v.a. in den Bereichen Web 2.0 und Ausweitung des NutzerInnenprofils weiterentwickelt.


Die Plattform "Medien& Entwicklung" bietet aktiv Serviceleistungen für ORF-RedakteurInnen an, um ep. Themen stärker im ORF zu verankern.


"Südwind, Magazin für internationale Politik, Kultur und Entwicklung" erscheint 10 Mal jährlich. Auflage: ca. 6.000 Stück. Außerdem: Newsletter an österr. Redaktionen, monatlich eine Südwind-Reportage in der Online-Ausgabe von "Der Standard".


Das Projekt wird bei einem Gesamtprojektvolumen von EUR 990.103,- in der Höhe von EUR 750.000,- (75,75%) gefördert.

    • Others - various other donors are listed in ADA’s annual business report.
  • Type of Aid – Aid modalities: classifies transfers from the donor to the first recipient of funds such as budget support, core contributions and pooled programmes and funds to CSOs and multilateral organisations, project-type interventions, experts and other technical assistance, scholarships and student costs in donor countries, debt relief, administrative costs and other in-donor expenditures.
  • Purpose/ sector code: classifies the specific area of the recipient’s economic or social structure, funded by a bilateral contribution.
  • Tied/Untied: Untied aid is defined as loans and grants whose proceeds are fully and freely available to finance procurement from all OECD countries and substantially all developing countries. Transactions are considered tied unless the donor has, at the time of the aid offer, clearly specified a range of countries eligible for procurement which meets the tests for “untied” aid.
