Overall goal


Armut und Arbeitslosigkeit gehören in Bosnien und Herzegowina weiterhin zu den dringlichsten Problemen des Landes, wobei vor allem marginalisierte Gruppen, wie etwa Roma und Frauen, zu den am stärksten betroffenen Bevölkerungsgruppen zählen. Ziel des Projektes ist die Schaffung wirtschaftlicher Perspektiven für Frauen, sowie die Förderung ihrer sozio-ökonomischen Rechte. Um dies zu erreichen, wird das Modell des sozialen Unternehmertums gefördert und in Zusammenarbeit mit drei lokalen Partner-Organisationen, sowohl in der Föderation BiH, als auch in der Republika Srpska umgesetzt. 120 Frauen werden dabei berufliche und unternehmerische Weiterbildung sowie finanzielle Zuschüsse (Grants) erhalten, um sie bei der Umsetzung ihrer eigenen unternehmerischen Ideen zu unterstützen. Einen Teil der finanziellen Unterstützung geben die Unternehmerinnen in Form von Sachleistungen an andere bedürftige Mitglieder ihrer Gemeinde zurück. Zudem sollen die lokalen Partner ihre eigenen Kooperativen gründen. Um die Nachhaltigkeit der neu gegründeten Unternehmen der 3 Partner sicherzustellen, wird das Projekt sie insbesondere in den Bereichen Markteingliederung, Management und Marketing unterstützen. Das Vorhaben baut auf bereits bestehende Kooperationen mit PartnerInnen, Gemeinden und lokalen sozialen Dienstleistern auf, und zielt darauf ab, diese zu stärken.

Die drei lokalen Projektpartner haben sich als Business Resource Centres etabliert und promoten Social Entrepreneurship als nachhaltiges Geschäftsmodel in BiH
