Overall goal


Hauptziel des Projektes ist es, die Festung Golubac zu rekonstruieren und die rekonstruierte Festung zu einer touristischen Attraktion zu machen. Weiter soll eine strategisch aufgebaute Tourismus-und Wirtschafsstruktur dazu führen, die Wettbewerbs- und Konkurrenzfähigkeit in der Gemeinde Golubac, ihren Nachbarsgemeinden sowie in der Region zu stärken und die Möglichkeit für die Entstehung neuer Arbeitsplätze zu schaffen.


Expected results


Resultat 1: Rehabilitierung der Festung Golubac.


Konkret sollen die verbliebenen vier Festungstürme sowie sechs die Türme verbindenden Festungsmauern rekonstruiert werden (Resultat 1.1). Darüber hinaus werden die sogenannten Hilfsbauwerke, wie etwa eine Kantine sowie ein Lager für die Aufbewahrung von Festungsutensilien, erneuert (Resultat 1.2).


Für die Touristen soll ein allen Sicherheitsstandards entsprechender Zugang zu den Turmspitzen bereitgestellt werden (Resultat 1.3).


Zu guter Letzt soll die Fertigstellung des im Inneren der Festung gelegenen Palastes vollzogen sowie ein Ausstellungsraum im Palast und im Turm Nummer 5 installiert werden (Resultat 1.4).


Resultat 2: Etablierung des Bereiches rund um die Festung Golubac als Tourismusattraktion.


Zur Erreichung des Resultat 2 soll ein nachhaltiges Tourismussystem/-konzept entwickelt werden (Resultat 2.1). Der erste Schritt wird hierbei die Definition der Rolle relevanter Stakeholder sein (z.B. Zuständigkeit für Infrastruktur und Design, Entwicklung menschlicher Ressourcen, Zugang zu Finanzen und Marketing etc.).


Darüber hinaus soll das nachhaltige Tourismussystem folgende Elemente beinhalten: einen Marketingplan, ein Design für touristische Produkte/Angebote, ein touristisches Dienstleistungsdesign, Schulungsmaßnahmen für Angestellte der Festung Golubac und die Installierung kleiner touristischer aktiver Angebote wie etwa ein Wanderweg mit zwei Aussichtspunkten über der Festung Golubac und Kletterrouten für Anfänger (Resultat 2.2).


Resultat 3: Tätigung von Basisinventar für das Funktionieren Golubacs als Tourismusdestination.


Hierbei soll durch eine Ausschreibung Basisinventar (wie z.B. Computer, Videobeamer, Software, Büroausstattung etc.) im Wert von maximal EUR 200.000 angeschafft werden, um ein reibungsloses Funktionieren der Tourismusdestination Golubac durch die Festungsverwaltung sicherzustellen (Resultat 3.1).

 


Target group / Beneficiaries


Direkt Begünstigte des Projektes sind die rund 75 für das Projekt beschäftige Personen aus den umliegenden Dörfern und Gemeinden (im Bereich Bauwesen und lokale Betreibergesellschaft Golubac) sowie 30.000 jährlich erwarteten TouristInnen aus dem In- und Ausland. Zu den indirekt Begünstigen zählen weiters die rund 8.000 BewohnerInnen der Gemeinde Golubac
