Overall goal


Die Frauensolidarität betreibt feministisch-entwicklungspolitische Informations-, Bildungs- und Öffentlichkeitsarbeit in Österreich basierend auf dem Dialog mit Frauenbewegungen des Südens.


Expected results


- Erscheinen von 12 Ausgaben der Zeitschrift Frauensolidarität (Auflage 1.000-1.500) mit je rund 60 Artikeln,

- Jährlich ca. 8.000 BibliotheksbesucherInnen an 200 Bibliotheks-Öffnungstagen, 15 Bibliotheksführungen und 160 Beratungen pro Jahr,

- Ausstrahlung von insgesamt 45 Radiosendungen `Globale Dialoge', Produktion von 3 Audio-CDs; über 2.000 Radioaufrufe und Download von 200 Audio-CDs pro Jahr,

- Jährlich 8-10 eigene Veranstaltungen sowie 3 große Veranstaltungen Bildung im C3ntrum mit C3-Partnern, 2 Medienworkshops,

- Durchführung eines Pilotprojekts zum vorwissenschaftlichen Arbeiten für die Zielgruppe SchülerInnen (inkl. Verleihung eines Awards für die beste vorwissenschaftliche Arbeit).


Target group / Beneficiaries


Zielgruppen sind Studierende, Lehrende, MultiplikatorInnen in der Erwachsenenbildung, Forschende, JournalistInnen, NRO-MitarbeiterInnen, RadiohörerInnen. Neu sind u.a. SchülerInnen und an Belletristik von Frauen aus dem globalen Süden interessierte Personen.

Die Frauensolidarität ist national und international sehr gut vernetzt. Neue Kooperationen (z.B. mit dem Institut für Romanistik der Uni Wien, IWM Institut für die Wissenschaft vom Menschen, Migrantinnenorganisationen, usw.) werden weiter systematisiert.


Activities


Die Zeitschrift ‚Frauensolidarität‘ erscheint vierteljährlich in einer Auflage von 1.000-1.500 Stück und wird v.a. im deutschsprachigen Raum (90%) vertrieben. Die Frauensolidarität gestaltet in Kooperation mit ORANGE 94.0 die wöchentlichen Radiosendungen Globale Dialoge – Women on Air und bringt ihre Expertise in das Radioprojekt ein. Für diesen Zeitraum ist auch ein Ausbau der Medienarbeit geplant, indem jährlich 2 Workshops für die neue Zielgruppe Mädchen und junge Frauen angeboten werden.

Die Frauensolidarität betreut – gemeinsam mit BAOBAB und ÖFSE – die C3-Bibliothek für Entwicklungspolitik, in der an ca. 200 Öffnungstagen jährlich insgesamt rund 8.000 BibliotheksbesucherInnen betreut werden. Sie führt zielgruppenspezifische Bibliotheksführungen und Schulungen sowie Beratungen durch und organisiert feministisch-entwicklungspolitische Veranstaltungen. Ein Aktivitäten-Schwerpunkt für 2016-2018 ist das Erschließen neuer Zielgruppen durch Kooperationen mit neuen Einrichtungen und Organisationen (z.B. Pilotprojekt zum vorwissenschaftlichen Arbeiten für die Zielgruppe SchülerInnen). Auch der Veranstaltungsbereich, ein weiteres wichtiges Arbeitsfeld der Frauensolidarität, setzt verstärkt auf neue Kooperationen, um ein breiteres Publikum anzusprechen.

Das Programm beinhaltet eine intensive Medien- und Öffentlichkeitsarbeit (Printmedien, neue Website, Social Media, Verlinken von Artikeln der Print-Ausgabe der Zeitschrift, Radiosendungen inkl. Downloadmöglichkeit, Presse- und Medienarbeit zu Veranstaltungen, …).


Context


Das Programm wird bei einem Gesamtprojektvoumen von Euro 620.100 mit Euro 435.000 (70,15%) gefördert.
