Overall goal


Die Popularität des Sports soll in Bosnien & Herzegowina, Montenegro und Serbien als Medium zur Sensibilisierung und Förderung eines breiten Engagements für interkulturellen Dialog und gegen Nationalismus sowie zur Stärkung vulnerabler Gruppen und Minderheiten und Förderung der gleichberechtigten Teilhabe von Mädchen/Frauen beitragen.


Expected results


1) Stärkeres Bewusstsein und Ausbildung von Fähigkeiten von Sportakteuren, um durch Bildung und Kampagnen Menschenrechte, Gleichstellung der Geschlechter, die SDGs (4, 5, 10 & 3) und den Respekt für Vielfalt zu befördern.

2) Verbessertes interethnisches Verständnis durch interkulturellen Dialog und Aufbrechen von Stereotypen unter Jugendlichen (mit Fokus auf Mädchen) (SDG 5, 10, 16 und 3).

3) Verbesserte Kapazitäten und nachhaltige Partnerschaften zwischen Sportakteuren, Organisationen der Zivilgesellschaft (CSOs) und vulnerablen Gruppen (SDG 5, 10, 16 und 17).

Context


Das Erbe nach den Kriegen am Westbalkan in den 1990er Jahren ist noch immer sehr präsent. Seit 27 Jahren sind politische Spannungen, Segregation und Diskriminierung Schlüsselthemen in der Region. Leider steht die Region vor einer der größten Krisen seit Kriegsende. Ethnische Spannungen, Segregation und nationalistische Bewegungen nehmen zu. Das Projekt nutzt die Kraft des Sports, der Menschen zusammenbringt und auf multiethnische Integration hinarbeitet. Das übergeordnete Ziel besteht darin, zur Aussöhnung früherer Konfliktparteien beizutragen und die Kapazitäten der Zivilgesellschaft und lokaler Stakeholder zur Förderung der Menschenrechte zu stärken. Dabei wird das Potenzial des integrativen Sports als Instrument zur Förderung der Gleichstellung genutzt, um dabei zu helfen die Kluft zwischen gespaltenen Gruppen und Gemeinschaften zu überbrücken.


Der OEZA-Kofinanzierungsanteil beträgt 55 Prozent der Gesamtkosten.
