Overall goal


Das Oberziel des Projekts ist die Verbesserung der Situation von Frauen in El Alto. Die Frauen und Mädchen auf der Straße sollen en höherem Ausmaß an das Tageszentrum Maya Paya Kimsa herangeführt werden. Damit soll die Ausstiegsquote der Zielgruppe aus dem Lebensraum Straße erhöht werden.


Um den Mädchen und jungen Frauen, die auf der Straße leben, eine Alternative aufzeigen zu können, ist es notwendig, einerseits mehr Informationen über Treffpunkte und Problemcharakteristik zu sammeln, andererseits geschützte physische Räume anzubieten, jedoch innerhalb der normalen Aktivitäten. In dieser Hinsicht ist es wichtig, statt Diskriminierung ein gleichgestelltes Angebot für Burschen und Mädchen zu bieten, wo das Querschnittsthema Gender für beide von Bedeutung wird. Innerhalb der gemischten Öffnungszeiten des Tageszentrums wird zum Zeitpunkt der themenspezifischen Arbeit die Gruppe nach Geschlecht getrennt und es wird in diesen geschlechtshomogenen Gruppen zu Themen die von Interesse für die Zielgruppe sind, gearbeitet.

- Auswahl und Anstellung eines neuen Mitarbieters

- Baul. Anpassung des Tageszentrums

- Vertärkte Kontakte zu Frauen und Mädchen auf der Strßae

- regelmäßige Straßentreffen mit der gesamten Zielgruppe

- Koordination und Erfahrungsaustausch mit anderen Einrichtungen

- Planung und Programmierung von Gender als Querschnittsthema in allen Aktivitäten

- Erhöhung der Attraktivität des Beschäftigungsangebotes für weibliche Zielgruppen

- Erstellen eines Informationsberichts zur Situation der Mädchen und Frauen in der Situation Straße in El Alto

- Angebot des Tageszentrums in Form des offenen Betriebs
