Overall goal


Das Projekt strebt die Etablierung von Dialog und Zusammenarbeit zwischen AkteurInnen der Zivilgesellschaft in Regionen an, wo kein Dialog auf höchster Ebene stattfindet (Serbien - Kosovo), bzw. um Anstrengungen auf höchster Ebene zu ergänzen, einen dauerhaften Frieden zu etablieren und Vertrauen zwischen gegenwärtig feindlichen/einander gegenüber stehenden Gemeinschaften innerhalb der betreffenden Länder (Bosnien-Herzegowina und Mazedonien) aufzubauen.

Ziel des Projekts ist ein Beitrag zur Friedensförderung und zum Umgang mit der Vergangenheit, indem es Themen wie Unrecht, Misstrauen, ethnischen Hass, Vorurteile und Gewalt anspricht, die als Folgen der vergangenen Kriege aufkommen.


Das Projekt besteht aus zwei Komponenten:

- Basistraining für Friedensförderung

- Training für Friedensförderung für Fortgeschrittene


Sowohl Basis- wie Fortgeschrittenen-Trainings wollen Vervielfältigung und Netzwerkbildung zwischen den regional, ethnisch und geschlechtlich ausgeglichenen Gruppen von TeilnehmerInnen (Friedens- und andere NGO-AktivistInnen, ErzieherInnen, JournalistInnen, Mitglieder politischer Parteien, Kriegsveteranen, Mitglieder von Vereinigungen von Familien von Verschwundenen) erreichen.


Durch diesen Prozess der Bildung von Leuten mit Einfluss auf die Entwicklung sozialen Bewusstseins und durch Verstärkung grenzüberschreitender, regionaler Kooperation zwischen Staaten soll der Versöhnungsprozess unterstützt werden.

  • Type of Aid – Aid modalities: classifies transfers from the donor to the first recipient of funds such as budget support, core contributions and pooled programmes and funds to CSOs and multilateral organisations, project-type interventions, experts and other technical assistance, scholarships and student costs in donor countries, debt relief, administrative costs and other in-donor expenditures.
  • Purpose/ sector code: classifies the specific area of the recipient’s economic or social structure, funded by a bilateral contribution.
  • Tied/Untied: Untied aid is defined as loans and grants whose proceeds are fully and freely available to finance procurement from all OECD countries and substantially all developing countries. Transactions are considered tied unless the donor has, at the time of the aid offer, clearly specified a range of countries eligible for procurement which meets the tests for “untied” aid.
