Overall goal


Ziel des Projektes ist die Fortführung der Rehabilitierung der Festung Golubac nach Ende der Implementation Period des EU-finanziertes Projektes am 22. Juli 2016. Die Rehabilitierungsarbeiten an der Festung konnten unter dem IPA 2011 finanzierten Projekt nicht fertiggestellt werden und sollen nun bis zur Unterzeichnung eines neuen Delegation Agreements (bis spätestens 30. April 2017) von der ADA weitergeführt werden.

(1) Weiterführung der Rehabilitierung der Festung Golubac, vor allem im Bereich Palast und Straße inkl. archäologische Ausgrabungen

(2) Erarbeitung der Description of the Action für eine neue Projektphase unter IPA 2016

(3) Verhandlung des neuen Delegation Agreements mit der EU Delegation Belgrad

(4) Erarbeitung eines Umsetzungskonzeptes für die touristische Entwicklung der Gemeinde Golubac


Target group / Beneficiaries


Direkt Begünstigte des Projektes sind die rund 75 für das Projekt beschäftige Personen aus den umliegenden Dörfern und Gemeinden (im Bereich Bauwesen und lokale Betreibergesellschaft Golubac) sowie 100.000 jährlich erwarteten TouristInnen aus dem In- und Ausland. Zu den indirekt Begünstigen zählen weiters die rund 8.000 BewohnerInnen der Gemeinde Golubac.
