Overall goal


Das EU-kofinanzierte Bildungsprojekt zum Globalen Lernen ist eine Fortsetzung des EU-Projekts ‚Awareness for Fairness 2010-2012‘. Es beinhaltet Maßnahmen in den Bereichen Institutionalisierung Globalen Lernens, Weiterbildung und Kompetenzentwicklung und Umsetzung Globalen Lernens in Schulen.

Zielgruppen sind SchulleiterInnen, LehrerInnen, SchülerInnen, Eltern, Schul-Administration, Gemeinden und Gemeindeverwaltung.

Das Projekt hat zum Ziel, Globales Lernen öffentlich sichtbar und bekannter zu machen, LehrerInnen neue Herangehensweisen zur Umsetzung Globalen Lernens zu vermitteln, sowie Schulen und Gemeinden beim Aufbau von Bildungs-Netzwerken und Schulpartnerschaften mit Partnern in Tansania und Senegal zu unterstützen und zu begleiten.

Der Bereich Institutionalisierung umfasst u.a. Unterstützung von Schulen bei der Einbindung Globalen Lernens in ihr Leitbild, Begleitung und Beratung bei der Netzwerkbildung mit Schulen in Senegal, Tansania und Österreich, Erarbeitung einer Broschüre für SchulleiterInnen und LehrerInnen für die Entwicklung von Nord-Süd-Partnerschaften.

Im Bereich Weiterbildung werden Fortbildungen und Trainings für LehrerInnen gemeinsam mit SüdpartnerInnen aus Tansania und Senegal angeboten.

Die Aktivitäten mit/für SchülerInnen umfassen Smartphone-Filmwettbewerb, Internetplattform mit Beiträgen von SüdpartnerInnen, Wanderkino, Workshops.


Das Projekt wird bei einem Gesamtprojektvolumen von Euro 1.329.703,- in der Höhe von Euro 24.900,- (1,87%) gefördert.

  • Type of Aid – Aid modalities: classifies transfers from the donor to the first recipient of funds such as budget support, core contributions and pooled programmes and funds to CSOs and multilateral organisations, project-type interventions, experts and other technical assistance, scholarships and student costs in donor countries, debt relief, administrative costs and other in-donor expenditures.
  • Purpose/ sector code: classifies the specific area of the recipient’s economic or social structure, funded by a bilateral contribution.
  • Tied/Untied: Untied aid is defined as loans and grants whose proceeds are fully and freely available to finance procurement from all OECD countries and substantially all developing countries. Transactions are considered tied unless the donor has, at the time of the aid offer, clearly specified a range of countries eligible for procurement which meets the tests for “untied” aid.
