Overall goal


Südwind Entwicklungspolitik Salzburg stellt seine Aktivitäten 2005-2007 unter den inhaltlichen Schwerpunkt "Globale Partnerschaften entwickeln" und knüpft damit an die MDGs an mit dem Ziel, im lokalen Kontext neue Kooperationen zu schließen, die dem Anliegen von globalen Partnerschaften für eine nachhaltige, sozial und ökologisch verträgliche Entwicklung verpflichtet sind.

Im Zentrum der regionalen Bildungsarbeit steht die Durchführung von ca. 170 Workshops aus der Reihe "Weltsicht entwickeln". Weitere Maßnahmen neben der Infothek und der fachpädagogischen Beratung sind auch 2006 Weiterbildungsangebote für LehrerInnen und PädAk-Studierende, durchgeführt in Kooperation mit dem Pädagogischen Institut Salzburg.

2005 hat Südwind Salzburg anlässlich der Dekade "Bildung für eine nachhaltige Entwicklung" mit dem Aufbau eines Netzwerks entwicklungs- und umweltpolitischer Organisationen in Salzburg begonnen und wichtige Impulse für die Verknüpfung von Globalem Lernen und Bildung für nachhaltige Entwicklung gesetzt. Im 2-Jahres-Rhythmus führt Südwind Salzburg die "Entwicklungspolitischen Hochschulwochen" in Kooperation mit der Uni Salzburg durch. 2006 werden 10 Veranstaltungen zum Thema "Globale Partnerschaften entwickeln" stattfinden. Südwind Salzburg plant eine Zusammenarbeit mit dem PI Tillingen in Bayern (LehrerInnenfortbildung) sowie mit dem VIDC (Lateinamerika).


Südwind Salzburg stützt seine Arbeit auf bewährte Kooperationen mit regionalen entwicklungspolit. Organisationen und Gruppen sowie mit Organisationen im Umwelt-, Kultur- und Sozialbereich und öffentlichen Einrichtungen (Uni, Entwicklungspolit. Beirat des Landes Salzburg).


Vorrangige Zielgruppen: SchülerInnen, LehrerInnen, Studierende, MultiplikatorInnen der Erwachsenenbildung, Universitätsangehörige, umwelt-, friedens- und entwicklungspolitisch Interessierte, Kulturinteressierte.


Das Projekt wird bei einem Gesamtprojektvolumen von EUR 105.600,00 in der Höhe von

EUR 64.000,00 (60,61 %) gefördert.

  • Type of Aid – Aid modalities: classifies transfers from the donor to the first recipient of funds such as budget support, core contributions and pooled programmes and funds to CSOs and multilateral organisations, project-type interventions, experts and other technical assistance, scholarships and student costs in donor countries, debt relief, administrative costs and other in-donor expenditures.
  • Purpose/ sector code: classifies the specific area of the recipient’s economic or social structure, funded by a bilateral contribution.
  • Tied/Untied: Untied aid is defined as loans and grants whose proceeds are fully and freely available to finance procurement from all OECD countries and substantially all developing countries. Transactions are considered tied unless the donor has, at the time of the aid offer, clearly specified a range of countries eligible for procurement which meets the tests for “untied” aid.
