Das Salzburger Bildungswerk ist Mitglied des Salzburger Bildungsnetzes für Nachhaltige Entwicklung und Globales Lernen (SaBine). Dieses hat sich 2004 anlässlich der Ausrufung der UN-Dekade "Bildung für nachhaltige Entwicklung" konstituiert, mit dem Ziel der gemeinsamen Diskussion und Konkretisierung von Strategien und Aktivitäten zur Dekade sowie zur Vernetzung der lokalen AkteurInnen.

Das Bildungsnetz plant im Zeitraum November 2011 bis April 2012 die Durchführung des zweiten Lehrgangs zu Themen der Nachhaltigen Entwicklung: "Ideen wachsen lassen". Der erste Lehrgang 2009-2010 wurde im Rahmen der von der Österreichischen UNESCO Kommission koordinierten UN-Dekade Bildung für Nachhaltige Entwicklung als UN-Dekadenprojekt ausgezeichnet.

Das aus 5 zweitägigen Modulen bestehende Weiterbildungsangebot richtet sich an MultiplikatorInnen aus Bildung, gemeinwesenorientierter Arbeit, Gemeindeverwaltung und -politik sowie aus zivilgesellschaftlichen Initiativen im Rahmen der UN-Dekade Bildung für Nachhaltige Entwicklung.

Ziele sind die Sensibilisierung dieser MultiplikatorInnen für den globalen Kontext einer nachhaltigen Entwicklung, die Erweiterung ihres Fachwissens und ihrer methodischen Kompetenzen, Netzwerkbildung und fachlicher Austausch zum Thema. Die TeilnehmerInnen sollen motiviert werden, in ihrem lokalen Umfeld Projekte zur Bildung für Nachhaltige Entwicklung durchzuführen.


Das Projekt wird bei einem Gesamtprojektvolumen von EUR 23.000 in der Höhe von EUR 6.000 (26,09%) gefördert.

  • Type of Aid – Aid modalities: classifies transfers from the donor to the first recipient of funds such as budget support, core contributions and pooled programmes and funds to CSOs and multilateral organisations, project-type interventions, experts and other technical assistance, scholarships and student costs in donor countries, debt relief, administrative costs and other in-donor expenditures.
  • Purpose/ sector code: classifies the specific area of the recipient’s economic or social structure, funded by a bilateral contribution.
  • Tied/Untied: Untied aid is defined as loans and grants whose proceeds are fully and freely available to finance procurement from all OECD countries and substantially all developing countries. Transactions are considered tied unless the donor has, at the time of the aid offer, clearly specified a range of countries eligible for procurement which meets the tests for “untied” aid.
