Das Projekt IntraCambio fördert das systematisierte Wissensmanagement durch den Austausch zwischen entwicklungspolitischen und humanitären Organisationen in Österreich und NGOs in Entwicklungsländern zu Themen und Methoden der Entwicklungszusammenarbeit.

Erfahrungen bzw. lessons learned, Anforderungen und Herausforderungen zu ausgewählten Methoden und Themen werden von VertreterInnen österreichischer NGOs gemeinsam mit ProjektpartnerInnen aus dem Süden reflektiert, analysiert, aufbereitet und zusammengeführt. Die Ergebnisse können in anderen Programm- und Länderkontexten genutzt werden. Die Anwendung von good practice-Modellen und Erfolgsfaktoren soll Planungsfehlern vorbeugen, die Projektabwicklung optimieren und die Qualität der Entwicklungszusammenarbeit erhöhen.

Das Vorhaben umfasst eine Bedarfserhebung unter den Mitgliedsorganisationen der „AG Globalen Verantwortung“, die Auswahl von drei relevanten Themenblöcken, einen Austausch- sowie einen Systematisierungsworkshop mit ProjektpartnerInnen aus Entwicklungsländern. Im Anschluss daran finden Peer-Group Treffen innerhalb der Organisationen statt im Rahmen derer sich die TeilnehmerInnen über den aktuellen Umsetzungsplan austauschen können. Um eine nachhaltige Implementierung der einzelnen Modelle zu gewährleisten, wird in der Abschlussphase eine Prozessbegleitung durch die Projektverantwortlichen angeboten. Die Ergebnisse aus den drei Prozessen werden dokumentiert und entwicklungspolitisch interessierten Personen über die Homepage der „AG Globale Verantwortung“, Wikipedia und Informationsaussendungen zugänglich gemacht.

Zielgruppen sind Mitgliedsorganisationen der Globalen Verantwortung, ProjektpartnerInnen aus dem Süden, TRIALOG sowie VertreterInnen aus Politik, Verwaltung und Wirtschaft.

  • Type of Aid – Aid modalities: classifies transfers from the donor to the first recipient of funds such as budget support, core contributions and pooled programmes and funds to CSOs and multilateral organisations, project-type interventions, experts and other technical assistance, scholarships and student costs in donor countries, debt relief, administrative costs and other in-donor expenditures.
  • Purpose/ sector code: classifies the specific area of the recipient’s economic or social structure, funded by a bilateral contribution.
  • Tied/Untied: Untied aid is defined as loans and grants whose proceeds are fully and freely available to finance procurement from all OECD countries and substantially all developing countries. Transactions are considered tied unless the donor has, at the time of the aid offer, clearly specified a range of countries eligible for procurement which meets the tests for “untied” aid.
