Das Enchada Projekt besteht aus 3 Teilen:

Teil A:

Im Rahmen des Jugendaustauschprogramms von Enchada finden Besuche österreichischer Jugendlicher/ junger Erwachsener in Indien bzw. El Salvador und Gegenbesuche der ProjektpartnerInnen aus diesen Ländern in Österreich statt. 2010 sind Austauschreisen von je 6 Jugendlichen nach Indien (Tamil Nadu) und El Salvador vorgesehen, sowie der Gegenbesuch von SalvadorianerInnen in Österreich. Im Rahmen des Projektes finden ausführliche Vorbereitungs- sowie Reflexionsaktivitäten statt. Der Schwerpunkt des Projektteils liegt auf interkulturellem Dialog.

Teil B:

Der entwicklungspolitische Lehrgang ¿Deep in the Jungle¿ wendet sich an MultiplikatorInnen der Jugendarbeit sowie an andere interessierte TeilnehmerInnen mit entwicklungspolitischem Basiswissen. Der Kurs möchte entwicklungspolitisches Basiswissen der TeilnehmerInnen reflektieren und vertiefen, über Handlungsoptionen in der Jugendarbeit informieren und zu solidarischem, entwicklungspolitischem Handeln motivieren.

Teil C:

Die dreimodulige ReferentInnenschulung zum Thema HIV/Aids ¿Life ist a Human Right¿ hat 2010 den Schwerpunkt Afrika. Ca. 20 ReferentInnen mit pädagogischen Kenntnissen aus ganz Österreich werden als MultiplikatorInnen ausgebildet, um danach selbst Workshops mit Jugendlichen zum Thema durchführen zu können. Enchada wird sich mit den AbsolventInnen der Schulungen 2009 und 2010 aktiv an der Weltaidskonferenz 2010 in Wien beteiligen und einen Beitrag zum Jugendprogramm der Konferenz ausarbeiten.

Das Projekt wird in der Höhe von Euro 15.000,- gefördert (37,15% der Gesamtprojektkosten von EUR 40.380,-)

  • Type of Aid – Aid modalities: classifies transfers from the donor to the first recipient of funds such as budget support, core contributions and pooled programmes and funds to CSOs and multilateral organisations, project-type interventions, experts and other technical assistance, scholarships and student costs in donor countries, debt relief, administrative costs and other in-donor expenditures.
  • Purpose/ sector code: classifies the specific area of the recipient’s economic or social structure, funded by a bilateral contribution.
  • Tied/Untied: Untied aid is defined as loans and grants whose proceeds are fully and freely available to finance procurement from all OECD countries and substantially all developing countries. Transactions are considered tied unless the donor has, at the time of the aid offer, clearly specified a range of countries eligible for procurement which meets the tests for “untied” aid.
