Overall goal


Der landwirtschaftliche Sektor ist nach wie vor der wichtigste Wirtschaftszweig der Republik Moldau, rund 50 Prozent der erwerbstätigen Bevölkerung ist im landwirtschaftlichen Bereich tätig, gleichzeitig ist das Lohnniveau (rd. Eur 30,00/Monat) in dem Segment am niedrigsten.Trotz verschiedener Bemühungen zur Weiterentwicklung des berufsbildenden Systems ist die Ausbildung der Landwirtschaftsschulen immer noch zu sehr auf die früheren Großbetriebe ausgerichtet und berücksichtigt nur ansatzweise die neuen landwirtschaftlichen Rahmenbedingungen. Die Schulen setzten bereits erste Schritte um sich stärker an die Bedürfnisse des Arbeitsmarktes anzupassen und Know-How und Fortbildung auch für Erwachsene anzubieten.

Das ggstdl. Projektvorhaben ist die 2. Phase der in der Republik Moldau im Jahr 2004 begonnenen Aktivitäten im Bereich der landwirtschaftlichen Schulen. Die im Zuge eines Wettbewerbsverfahrens ausgewählten Schulen, Nisporeni und Leova beginnen, die Funktion als regionale Kompetenzzentren für Aus- und Weiterbildung in der Weinwirtschaft wahrzunehmen, indem sie vom Weinanbau bis zu Vertrieb und Vermarktung eines qualitativ hochwertigen Weines alle Arbeitsabläufe durch ihre LehrerInnen und SchülerInnen in Form eines methodisch-didaktisch modernen Unterrichts selber durchführen lassen und weiteres hochwertiges Traubenmaterial von umliegenden Weinbauern, mit denen sie langfristig in Weinclustern zusammen arbeiten, einbeziehen. Durch die weiteren Schwerpunkte auf verbesserte Methoden des Pflanzenbaus und der Imkerei und durch die betriebswirtschaftliche Komponente vermitteln die Schulen Fähigkeiten und Fertigkeiten, die zur Produktionsdiversifikation und zur Einkommenssteigerung in Betrieben beitragen.
