Overall goal


In den vergangenen vier Jahren hat das Lernprogramm Anpassung an den Klimawandel (ALP)erfolgreich Community-based Adaptation (CBA) Ansätze in den Ländern Ghana, Kenia, Mosambik und Niger erprobt und weiterentwickelt. Finanziert von der ADA geht das Lernprogramm in eine weitere Runde, um speziell erfolgreiche CBA Ansätze weiterzuverbreiten und die Kapazität von staatlichen und zivilgesellschaftlichen Akteuren bei deren Umsetzung zu verbessern. ALP wird in 34 Gemeinden in Ghana, Niger und Kenia durchgeführt. Insgesamt werden 41.000 Menschen erreicht.


Erwartete Resultate:

Resultat 1: Innovative CBA-Ansätze, die Geschlechtergerechtigkeit in den Mittelpunkt stellen, werden in den Gemeinden umgesetzt

Resultat 2: Gemeinden und lokale zivilgesellschaftliche Organisationen, welche verschiedene besonders gefährdete soziale Gruppen repräsentieren, werden in ihrer anwaltschaftlichen Arbeit zur Bekämpfung des Klimawandels unterstützt

Resultat 3: Geschlechtergerechte CBA-Ansätze werden evaluiert und weiterentwickelt, um Empfehlungen zu deren Integration in lokale und nationale Politikentwicklungs- und Umsetzungsprozesse zu liefernResultat 4: Regionale und internationale staatliche und zivilgesellschaftliche Organisationen werden unterstützt, CBA-Ansätze in ihre Arbeit zu integrieren

Resultat 5: CBA-Ansätze werden von afrikanischen Regierungen vermehrt umgesetzt

  • Type of Aid – Aid modalities: classifies transfers from the donor to the first recipient of funds such as budget support, core contributions and pooled programmes and funds to CSOs and multilateral organisations, project-type interventions, experts and other technical assistance, scholarships and student costs in donor countries, debt relief, administrative costs and other in-donor expenditures.
  • Purpose/ sector code: classifies the specific area of the recipient’s economic or social structure, funded by a bilateral contribution.
  • Tied/Untied: Untied aid is defined as loans and grants whose proceeds are fully and freely available to finance procurement from all OECD countries and substantially all developing countries. Transactions are considered tied unless the donor has, at the time of the aid offer, clearly specified a range of countries eligible for procurement which meets the tests for “untied” aid.
