Overall goal



Ziel des Projektes ist es, in der serbischen Ortschaft Jarkovac in der strukturschwachen Grenzregion zu Rumänien 10 der ärmsten Familien ein würdiges Zuhause und eine Möglichkeit der Einkommensverbesserung zu geben sowie die Quote des Schulbesuchs speziell unter den Roma-Kindern unter diesen Familien zu heben. Es sollen 10 durch Landflucht leerstehende Häuser erworben, adaptiert und mit einer sanitären und heizungstechnischen Basisausstattung versehen werden. Sie werden zu symbolischen Beträgen an die Familien vermietet. Zur Einkommensschaffung werden den Familien Nutztiere (Schafe, Ziegen, Gänse oder Hühner) zur Verfügung gestellt. Seminare über Nutztierhaltung und der lokalen Vermarktung der Produkte für diese Familien sind ebenso Teil des Projektes.


Es handelt sich um ein Addendum zu Vertrag 8108-07/2006 mit ADRA, weil das ursprünglich genehmigte Projekt in Sjenica, Südserbien, aus lokalpolitischen Gründen und fehlender Baugenehmigungen nicht implemeniert werden konnte und daher ein inhaltlich ähnliches Ersatzvorhaben in einer anderen Projektregion gefunden wurde.
