Overall goal


Die Caritas der Diözese Eisenstadt arbeitet in verschiedenen Bereichen und betreibt auch Kindergärten und Tagesheimstätten im Burgenland. Als Bildungseinrichtung organisiert die Caritas Fortbildungsangebote für pädagogisches Personal und öffnet diese für alle PädagogenInnen in burgenländischen Kinderbetreuungseinrichtungen. Im Auftrag der Landesregierung führt die Caritas mobile psychologisch-pädagogische Beratungen für KindergartenpädagogenInnen durch.


Das Projektziel von diesem integrativem Kindergartenprojekt mit Gemeinwesen Ansätzen ist die Verschiedenartigkeit in einer multikulturellen Gesellschaft als Bereicherung zu erleben und mit allen Sinnen wahrzunehmen. Ethisch fundierte lebensnahe Bildung soll im Kindergartenalltag beginnen. Zielgruppen sind die Kindergartenkinder, das Fachpersonal, die Eltern, die politischen Gemeinden und die Kindergartenbetreiber/innen.


Die 15 teilnehmenden Kindergärten führen jeweils 4 Aktivitäten durch, mit Hilfe der Projektmappe und mit Unterstützung der Projektleitung widmen sich die Kindergärten schwerpunktmäßig über einen längeren Zeitraum dem Thema Miteinanders - Vielfalt erleben, und stellen die Ergebnisse auch der Öffentlichkeit vor.


Die während des Pilotprojektes entstande Projektmappe wird u.a. über die Zeitschrift für KindergartenpädagogInnen "Unsere Kinder" in ganz Österreich beworben und kann von interessierten KindergartenpädagogInnen bestellt werden.


Das Projekt wird bei einem Gesamtprojektvolumen von Euro 46.667,19 in der Höhe von

35.000,00 (75,00 %) gefördert.
