Overall goal


Das Projekt 'Mobile Pflege in Telavi, Georgien' der Gemeinnützigen Entwicklungszusammenarbeit GmbH (GEZA) wird im Rahmen des Samariter-Netzwerks mit dem georgischen Samariterbund (SSK) durchgeführt.

Ziel des Projekts ist der Aufbau eines mobilen Pflegedienstes für ältere, alleinstehende Menschen in der Stadt Telavi und den umliegenden Dörfern in Kooperation mit der Stadtverwaltung. Insgesamt werden rund 70 Senioren durch einen häuslichen Pflegedienst unterstützt, wobei die Leistungen medizinische Basisversorgung, Haushaltshilfe und psychosoziale Beratung umfassen. Zusätzlich werden im Rahmen des Projekts arbeitslose Personen mit medizinischen Vorkenntnissen, insbesondere aus der besonders benachteiligten Bevölkerungsgruppe der intern Vertriebenen (IDPs), im Bereich der Heimhilfe weitergebildet und ein Teil im mobilen Pflegedienst angestellt. Eine wichtige Projektkomponente stellt der Wissenstransfer des österr. Partners an den lokalen Partner in Georgien im Bereich des Pflegedienstes dar.

Erwartete Resultate:

1. Stärkung der Kapazitäten von Arbeitslosen mit medizinischen Vorkenntnissen, insbesondere von intern Vertriebenen (IDPs), im Bereich der mobilen Pflege

2. Etablierung eines mobilen Pflegedienstes für ältere, alleinstehende Menschen

3. Wissenstransfer zum Thema Pflege

Die geplanten Aktivitäten umfassen u.a. die Durchführung berufsbildender Trainings, die Einrichtung eines Zentrums zur Koordinierung der mobilen Pflegeeinsätze in Telavi in Abstimmung mit der Gemeinde, die Durchführung der Pflegeeinsätze (Hausbesuche), die Organisation einer Konferenz in Tiflis zum Wissenstransfer mit ExpertInnen aus Georgien und anderen osteuropäischen Ländern, Beratung und Kapazitätenstärkung des lokalen Partners SSK im Bereich Projektmanagement und Buchhaltung, Stärkung der Zusammenarbeit zwischen relevanten Akteuren in den Bereichen Arbeitslosigkeit und soziale Dienstleistungen.
