Overall goal


Als Folgeprojekt zu Nr. 7404 "Lehrgang für Stadt- und Verkehrsplaner" soll exemplarisch an einem ausgewählten Stadtviertel Stadtentwicklung planerisch erarbeitet und modellhaft umgesetzt werden. Es handelt sich um eine informelle Siedlung am Eingang von Durrës, der größten Hafenstadt Albaniens, die unter Beratung von österreichischen Experten von der albanischen Organisation Co-Plan unter kontinuierlicher Mitarbeit von Bevölkerung und Stadtverwaltung zu einem in stadtplanerischer, infrastruktureller, sozialer und wirtschaftlicher Hinsicht integrierten Teil der Stadt Durrës gestaltet werden soll.
