Short Description:

Overall goal


Die Machbarkeitsstudie prüft die wirtschaftlichen, sozialen, politischen und technischen Rahmenbedingungen zum Einsatz von leistbaren mobilen Solartrocknungsanlagen sowie die Konzepterstellung für eine mögliche Fertigung auf Kuba.


Expected results


Für die Studie werden zwei Personen beschäftigt, während zwei Produktionsmitarbeiter zur Fertigung des Trocknungsgerätes beschäftigt werden. Langfristige Ziele für ein Implementierungsprojekt sind die Ernährungssicherheit für Kuba und die Vervollständigung der Lieferkette (vom Sourcing bis hin zur Verpackung und dem Verkauf), um einen Absatz für Kleinbauern zu finden. 760 Betriebe sollen von den lokal-gefertigten Trocknungsanlagen profitieren.


Target group / Beneficiaries


Die Konservierung der Ernte in Kuba ist aufgrund fehlender Mobilität schwierig. Die mobile Anlage passt sich den lokalen Gegebenheiten vor allem bei Kleinbauern an, um diesen Verarbeitung und Marktzugang zu ermöglichen.


Activities


Die Machbarkeitsstudie wird folgende Maßnahmen setzen und spezifische Fragen und Erhebungen sind für die politische, wirtschaftliche, rechtliche, technische und entwicklungspolitische Machbarkeit erstellt :

1. Potentialanalyse für die solare Trocknungstechnik

2. Grundsatzplanung einer möglichen solaren Trocknerfertigung vor Ort
