Overall goal


Schwerpunkt des Projektes ist die Betreuung von Menschen mit mentalen Behinderungen in Nord-Moldau sowie Sensibilisierungs- und Lobbyingarbeit für die Anliegen der Betroffenen. Das Vorhaben umfasst die Weiterarbeit im Rahmen des Neuropsychiatrischen Internats in Briceni und des Clubs in Edinet um die begonnenen Arbeiten und Prozesse für Menschen mit Behinderungen und VertreterInnen anderer von Exklusion bedrohter Gruppen auszubauen. Im Neuropsychiatrischen Internat in Soroca und in der Stadt Soroca wird für die Zielgruppen ein Club eröffnet, der ihnen als täglicher Treffpunkt dient, in dessen Rahmen sie sich sinnvoll beschäftigen, aber vor allem auch ihre Freizeit verbringen können. In der Stadt Soroca wird ein Tageszentrum aufgebaut, das ebenfalls als Treffpunkt dient. In den Städten Chisinau, Hincesti und Dubasari werden sogenannte Inklusionsbüros entstehen.


Ergebnisse

Die Inklusionsbüros sind der erste Schritt zur weiteren Entwicklung und Implementierung von inklusiven Angeboten für Menschen mit Behinderungen. Sie fungieren auch als Kommunikationszentralen und Projektstützpunkte, von denen aus vor allem Öffentlichkeits- und Lobbyingarbeit für die Zielgruppe betrieben wird. Durch diese Maßnahmen werden rund 40.000 Betroffene sowie 12.000 MultiplikatorInnen erreicht.
