Short Description:

Overall goal


- Erhebung der Daten, Eingabe in die Datenbank und Auswertung der Finanzflüsse Österreichs an Entwicklungsländer im Jahr 2002

- Erhebung der EZA-Leistungen mittels Fragebogen bei öffentlichen und privaten Einrichtungen

- Übernahme und Nachbearbeitung der Daten zur Projekt- und Programmhilfe der Österreichischen Entwicklungszusammenarbeit im Außenministerium,

- geographische und sektorielle Aufteilung der Rahmenverträge

- Eingabe der erhobenen Daten in die Datenbank, geographische und sektorielle Aufteilung,

- Vergabe bzw. Überprüfung der Sektorcodes sowie der Marker

- Aufbereitung der Daten für die Vorausmeldung an das DAC (Development Assistance Committee) der OCED für die Hauptmeldung sowie die CRS-Meldung der ODA-Leistungen (Official Development Assistance)

- Erarbeitung der Standardauswertungen und Country-Reports, Versand von Country Reports

- Erarbeitung von Sonderauswertungen und Datenanfragen nach Maßgabe der vorhandenen Arbeitszeit

- Erarbeitung der Prognoseszenarien, Interpretation und Erläuterung sowie entsprechende Textbeiträge für das Dreijahresprogramm

- Auswertung, Bereitstellung und Erläuterung der Daten für die Sektordatenbank Bildungszusammenarbeit und Datenbank des Wassersektors

- Mitarbeit bei der Weiterentwicklung der Meldepraxis

- Stellungnahmen zu Fragen der Meldepraxis

- Vertretung und Mitarbeit in der Statistikarbeitsgruppe des DAC

- Koordinierung der OA (Other Assistance)-Meldung mit der ODA-Meldung

- Betreuung des EZA-Beirates

  • Type of Aid – Aid modalities: classifies transfers from the donor to the first recipient of funds such as budget support, core contributions and pooled programmes and funds to CSOs and multilateral organisations, project-type interventions, experts and other technical assistance, scholarships and student costs in donor countries, debt relief, administrative costs and other in-donor expenditures.
  • Purpose/ sector code: classifies the specific area of the recipient’s economic or social structure, funded by a bilateral contribution.
  • Tied/Untied: Untied aid is defined as loans and grants whose proceeds are fully and freely available to finance procurement from all OECD countries and substantially all developing countries. Transactions are considered tied unless the donor has, at the time of the aid offer, clearly specified a range of countries eligible for procurement which meets the tests for “untied” aid.
