Overall goal


Das Panafrican Forum veranstaltet im Oktober 2007 in Wien zum sechsten Mal ein Bildungs-, Informations- und Kulturfestival mit zahlreichen Afrika bezogenen Veranstaltungen (Podiumsdiskussion, Seminar, Familiennachmittag und multikulturelles Abschlussfest). 2007 stehen die Aktivitäten im Zeichen des EU-Jahres für Chancengleichheit (Partizipation von AfrikanerInnen). Darüber hinaus findet im Rahmen eines Seminars eine entwicklungspolitische Auseinandersetzung zu "Gerechte Handelsbeziehungen der EU mit Afrika" statt. Zusätzlich beinhaltete das vorliegende Ansuchen die Ausstellung "Dialog in der Vielfalt" (inkl. Rahmenprogramm) in der Bezirksvorstehung des 11. Wiener Gemeindebezirkes im Mai 2007. Ziel der Aktivitäten ist es, das Image der schwarzen Bevölkerung durch wissenschaftliche und kulturpolitische Beiträge zu verbessern und positive Zeichen zu setzen.


Das Projekt wird aus OEZA-Mitteln in der Höhe von EUR 4.000,- (18,10 % des Gesamtprojektvolumens) gefördert.

  • Type of Aid – Aid modalities: classifies transfers from the donor to the first recipient of funds such as budget support, core contributions and pooled programmes and funds to CSOs and multilateral organisations, project-type interventions, experts and other technical assistance, scholarships and student costs in donor countries, debt relief, administrative costs and other in-donor expenditures.

  • Tied/Untied: Untied aid is defined as loans and grants whose proceeds are fully and freely available to finance procurement from all OECD countries and substantially all developing countries. Transactions are considered tied unless the donor has, at the time of the aid offer, clearly specified a range of countries eligible for procurement which meets the tests for “untied” aid.
