Overall goal


Das Projekt ist die Fortsetzung eines langjährigen Engagements (etwa seit 1975) der ÖEZA im Bereich "technische Lehrerausbildung". Als solches ist es auch im mittelfristigen bilateralen Kooperationsprogramm PIC 2002 bis 2004 enthalten. Es ist ein direkter Beitrag zu den Ausbildungskosten für technische Lehrer. Der Beitrag ist als Projekthilfe im Budget des MESSRS festgehalten (Ministerium für Sekundarschul-, höhere Ausbildung und Forschung) und kommt insoferne einem "earmarked budget aid" nahe. Die finanzielle Abwicklung erfolgt über ein vom Koordinationsbüro verwaltetes Poolprojekt mit 2 Subprojekten für institutionelle und pädagogische Unterstützung und Evaluierung..


Das Projekt steht auch in vollem Einklang mit der burkinischen Strategie für Armutsbekämpfung CSLP, wo Bildung im Allgemeinen und die Förderung der Ausbildung und damit auch von berufsbildenden Lehrern Priorität beigemessen wird. Weiters kann dieses Projekt als Einzelmaßnahme im Rahmen des « Plan stratégique de développement de l'enseignement technique et professionnel 2001-2010 (PSD/ETP) » gesehen werden.


Konkret sollen 42 Lehrkräfte in 9 Disziplinen ausgebildet werden: Nahrungsmitteltechnik, Stickerei, Sanitär- und Sozialwesen, Kommunikationstechnologie, Mode und Schneiderei, Ziviltechnik, Hotelerie, Tischlerei, Tapezierer, wobei die 2 Subprojekte die Begleitmaßnahmen darstellen.
